Getting started as a Vendor
The Vendor panel is where wholesalers manage their presence on the marketplace: products, stock, pricing, orders and fulfilment.

Wholesale sellers / vendor account owners and their staff.
Setting up your store
- From the Vendor panel's sign-in screen, choose Register as a vendor if you're new (this starts the secure TradePantry ID sign-up) or Sign in to your account if you already have one.
- Complete your vendor profile and onboarding.
- Add your products and set wholesale pricing.
- Configure stock and delivery options.
Finding your way around
The panel uses the TradePantry look in a light and a dark theme — switch any time with the sun/moon button in the top bar; your choice is remembered. On your phone the main areas (Home, Orders, Products, Inbox) sit in a tab bar along the bottom of the screen.
- Dashboard — your day at a glance: orders to fulfil, low-stock alerts with a quick Restock shortcut, unread messages and recent orders.
- Products — edit a price directly in the list (tap the price, confirm with ✓) and adjust stock with the −/+ steppers; changes save instantly. Items at or below their low-stock threshold are flagged in orange.
- Orders — filter by fulfilment stage with the chips above the list. Each order shows its progress (Confirmed → Picked → Shipped → Delivered) and a one-tap action for the next fulfilment step.
