Getting started with the Store

The Store (marketplace storefront) is where buyers discover vendors, browse the wholesale catalogue, and place orders.

Who this is for​

Wholesale buyers / purchasing accounts.

Creating an account​

Anyone can browse the catalogue — product details, pack sizes, minimum order quantities and supplier info are all public. Wholesale prices are only shown once your business registration is approved. Create an account and complete your business profile to get the review started; both pricing and ordering unlock together once you're approved (below).

Ordering on TradePantry is for verified businesses. Getting set up takes three steps, and your Account page shows a getting-started checklist that tracks where you are:

  1. Create your account — choose Account → Register (or the Register link on the sign-in page). You'll be taken to TradePantry's secure sign-in service to pick a username and password; once registered you're signed straight in.
  2. Submit your business registration — complete your business profile (ABN, business details, delivery address and preferences). Your ABN is checked against the Australian Business Register as you type, so most of the form fills itself in.
  3. Account approval — our team reviews your registration, usually within 1–2 business days. You'll get an email once your account is verified.

Both wholesale pricing and ordering stay locked while your registration is reviewed, and unlock together once you're approved. The checklist on your Account page shows exactly what's left; once everything is complete it's replaced by a "ready to go" confirmation and you can start ordering.

If your registration isn't approved, the checklist and the banner on your Account page show the reason, and you can resubmit your application with corrected details at any time.

The storefront header is consistent on every page:

  • Utility bar — marketplace positioning and your region / currency.
  • Search — find products across the catalogue; submitting takes you to the browse results.
  • Account — sign in, or reach your orders, returns, addresses, reviews and wishlist once signed in.
  • Cart — shows a live item count and links to your cart.
  • Category nav — jump straight into a category, or All products to browse everything.

On smaller screens the header collapses to a compact bar (menu, logo, cart) with a search field and category chips, plus a bottom tab bar for quick access to Home, Browse, Orders and Account.
